Thank you for choosing Texan Temptations! We value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as a Texas sunset. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund, your item must meet these criteria:
Apparel & Footwear must be unused, in new condition, with original tags attached
Items must have been delivered within the last 14 days
Holiday & Seasonal items are not eligible for return once the holiday/season has passed
You must be located within the United States
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
Discounted or sale items
Perishable goods
Items that have been washed or worn
Items missing original tags
All swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using USPS or UPS for reliable service
✉️ Initiating a Refund or Exchange
Starting on 1/1/2025,All returns and exchanges must be approved before shipping. No exceptions.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team at support@texantemptations.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
To request approval:
- Review this policy to ensure eligibility
- Email photos of the item, including tags and packaging
- Specify whether you’d like a refund or exchange
- Let us know if you’d like a prepaid label (cost will be deducted from your refund)
Once approved via email, you may send the item back. Be sure to include the original packing slip.
🔍 Inspection & Return Validity
Please note that all returned items are subject to inspection. If any item is found to be used, worn, or washed, the return will be considered void and no refund will be issued.
We appreciate your understanding—this helps us maintain the quality and integrity of the products we offer to all our customers.
💳 Refund Processing
Once your returned items have passed inspection, we’ll begin processing your refund. We kindly ask that you allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original form of payment.
We appreciate your patience while we make sure everything’s handled with care—just like the rest of your Texan Temptations experience.
🔄 Exchange Policy
Need a different size? We’re happy to help!
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size of the same product, we’ll gladly assist—no restocking fee required. Just note that return shipping and reshipping fees do apply.
If you choose to exchange your item for a different product, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to help cover handling and inventory costs.
Please keep in mind:
- Items that are ineligible for return under our Refund Policy are also not eligible for exchange
- All exchanges must follow the same approval process as returns.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help—but all damaged items must be returned for inspection.
No exceptions.
To begin the return process, please email support@texantemptations.com with:
- Your order number in the subject line
- A photo of the damage attached
We’ll guide you through the next steps and work quickly to make things right.
Important: Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the damaged item is received and inspected.
Please note: If a claim is submitted to your bank disputing a charge without first notifying us, without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue, or without returning the item, we will formally dispute the charge and report the claim fraudulent.
We’re committed to making things right—but that requires honest communication and cooperation.
Keeping an item without resolution is not permitted under our policy, and it creates a loss not only for us, but for the Texas makers we proudly support.
